3-MAN RULE CHANGES:
1-1-2024 : RULE CHANGE #1 - After the intercom begins the 10 second countdown prior to the match start, no communication is allowed by anyone from the designated staging area or surrounding areas. "Communication" is up to the referee's discretion. Results of communication may result in anything from a warning to a major penalty.
1-1-2024 : RULE CHANGE #2 - All prelim games will be played in a Race to 2 format. All following rounds (ochos, semis and finals) will be played as stated in the rule book.
7-15-2026: RULE CHANGE #3 - No Mechanical Markers will be permitted for SEEDS 3-Man Events.

Refund Policy:
Your entry fee is a non-refundable deposit which guarantees your team a place in the tournament. Absolutely no refunds will be provided to teams who fail to show for scheduled games.
Purchased Paintballs Policy:
There are no absolutely no refunds on any paintballs once purchased. All sales on paintballs are final upon purchase.
Force majeure / Inclement Weather Policy:
There will be no refunds or adjustments of entry fee due to situations outside of the SEEDS Series Paintball League control.
The SEEDS Series Paintball League reserves the right to make last minute schedule changes to locations and time slots to accommodate the weather or due to the facility (For Example: Loss of power, Loss of Air, etc...). All teams will be notified in a timely manner concerning the status of the event schedule.
Teams that make the decision not to play in the revised schedule will not be given a refund.
There will be no refunds in the event of canceled games or modified games due to facility (For Example: Loss of power, Loss of Air, etc...) or weather related problems.
